About the Opportunity
Cell C, in partnership with Seda, is looking for participants to submit innovative business ideas relevant to the Information and Communications Technology Sector. The product and/or solution presented needs to be a digital, next generation, commercially viable, scalable product/service utilizing mobile technologies and fall within the ICT sector.
Submit your idea and you could be eligible for an interest-free loan and/or significant investment in your business.
The Innovation Challenge is a quest to find innovators/ entrepreneurs with the “next big technology ideas to invest in”
Who can apply?
1. The participant must be:
South African citizen who is 18 years or older and in possession of a valid South African Identity Document, or be a juristic person established in South Africa, and
Be of sound and sober mind with no criminal record or impending criminal cases.
Cell C employee who is affected by the restructure and operational requirements.
Has been informed accordingly by his/her manager that she qualifies for Reskillin
Cell C employee who is in D3 to B salary band and is NOT a senior manager.
2. EME/ QSE verification is deemed mandatory for purposes of this application process.
3. In order for the application to be considered the beneficiaries would need to be at least 51% black owned
HOW TO ENTER
1. Download and complete the Application Form, the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Declaration of Interest:

2. Include the following documents:
Copies of identity documents of all participants
CIPC documentation (if applicable)
BBBEE certificate or affidavit (if applicable)
